Delete your account
You can request deletion of your AiGenAgri account at any time. Below is exactly what happens, what we keep, and how to do it.
How to delete your account
The fastest path is from inside the app:
- Open AiGenAgri (web or mobile) and sign in.
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Re-enter your password to confirm.
If you can’t sign in (forgot password, lost device, etc.), email support@aigenagri.com from the address on file and we’ll process the request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in credentials become invalid (account is deactivated within ~30 seconds).
- All open sessions and devices are signed out.
- Your profile is no longer reachable from the app.
What we retain (and why)
- Farms, fields, sensor history and crop cycles: kept for audit and to support a 30-day restore window in case you change your mind.
- Aggregated mandi/weather analytics: already anonymous; no per-user data leaves the system.
- Support and billing records: retained as required by Indian tax/accounting law.
After the 30-day window we anonymise the row (email, name, phone) so your identity is no longer linked to retained operational data. Email support@aigenagri.com if you want immediate hard deletion of the row instead of soft deletion + anonymisation.
Restore within 30 days
Email support@aigenagri.com from your registered email address within 30 days of deactivation and we’ll restore your account intact.
